On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, visitors will be met and shuttle transferred to the hotel. Your Cape Town morning tour is dedicated to a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain . The central attribute of the mountain is a level plateau of 3km, adjoined to the east by Devil’s Peak and to the west by Lion’s Head. Table Mountain is a great flat-topped mountain forming a prominent landmark overlooking the city of Cape Town. The cable car ride, which takes about 5 minutes, presents extraordinary viewpoints of Cape Town. On making it to the summit, you may dedicate some time to pay a visit the various vantage points, from which amazing views of the Cape Peninsula may be enjoyed.
The expedition heads for the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens from Table Mountain. The gardens overlay is of an area of 528 hectares, of which is of 36 hectares of cultivated garden. Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful garden in Africa and one of the great botanic gardens of the world. The tour makes its way to Paarl on the N1. The N1 national road stretches from Cape Town to the Beit Bridge border post, on the Limpopo River between South Africa and Zimbabwe. The highway forms the first section of the famous “Cape to Cairo” road. A stopover is through to one of the remarkable wineries in this dazzling valley. At this point the wine production process is detailed and visitors may also test some of the wines manufactured here. The stunning Chapman’s Peak Drive, trod into the 650m high Chapman’s Peak takes the excursion over the town of Noordhoek to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Honeymooners are picked up after breakfast and transferred to George Airport for a flight to Johannesburg and from there they will take another connecting flight to the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The reserve is christened after two primary rivers which flow over it – the Sabie and the Sand – and the area has an overlay of around 65 000 hectares of immaculate African wilderness. The reserve forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park and is home to most of South Africa’s supreme safari lodges. As the lodge is close to the river, you are ensured of exceptional game viewing, even from the comfort of your own luxury room. The reserve is part of the Greater Kruger National Park and houses several of South Africa’s finest game lodges. Two 4×4 game drives and a bush walk are performed daily.

A final morning game drive and breakfast are followed by an expedition through Mpumalanga’s Panorama Route. Honeymooners stop over at God’s Window with its far-reaching views of the Lowveld region and the triplet peaks of the Three Rondavels, both located alongside the escarpment of the world’s third largest canyon. The Blyde River Canyon is an Eden of gorgeous vegetation and beautifully formed rockery.
We will then travel along the highest paved road in South Africa. From the crest of Mount Anderson one can look down 1 000 meters onto South Africa’s largest man-made forest. Guests will then drive through Long Tom Pass at 2 149 meters above sea-level. The pass is named after an old cannon used in the Anglo Boer War, often referred to as Long Tom. Guests will continue along the Panorama Route through Lydenburg to Dullstroom, where the honeymooners will enjoy an overnight stay at Walkersons Country Estate.
Here the honeymoon couple celebrate in the warm hospitality and fine experiences this boutique hotel has to offer.
